In the past few years the medical sciences have collected vast amount of patient data, and with enhancement in the data mining and data sciences the hidden pattern in the medical data will be identified to predict the several diseases. This study aims to apply the identified algorithm and to extract hidden patterns on which prediction will be done. The intelligent system Diabetes Predictive System (DPS) will be developed to implement the study.

Project Objectives

The objectives of this proposed system is to implement the diabetes disease prediction system.

1. Timely identification of the diabetes disease using naïve bayes and svm.

2. To decrease the death rate caused by diabetes diseases.

3. To improve the quality of life.

4. To develop a web service (Diabetes Predictive System).

Project Implementation Method

The methodology we are going to use in our project is FDD (Feature driven development). FDD proves to be very efficient in bigger and complicated projects. The structure of FDD is easily adaptable and uses a sensible approach with respect to Web Service.

Any person who want to know that he/she will suffer from diabetes disease will be benefited from this project.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

It is complete software based project. Final deliverable will be a web service which will be a diabetes disease prediction system.
