Project Summary

Medical and rescue emergencies have always been caused the catastrophic loss in rural and urban areas. These emergencies include, but not limited to, road accidents, fire incidents, medical emergencies in school, home, collages, universities, and workplaces. In many of these emergencies, human life loss is mainly due to the delayed and improper first aid handling by untrained individuals. This has created a pressing need to devise a system where a trained volunteer can be contacted via a mobile app to the accident site. In our country, there is no proper ambulance service and first aid service is provided by the government, peoples help each other by thereon.  Edhi, Chipa, KKF all these are no profit and non-government organization which helps peoples but they only provide ambulance services and with all the shrink roads and streets it always makes hazel for an ambulance to reach the victim on time. The scope of this project is tri-folded, first, we will develop a react native based mobile application similar to Careem, Food Panada, etc. Where a trained volunteer will be contacted via this mobile app. Second, I will arrange a training session at Hamdard University by medical experts. The medical kit will be provided to each trained volunteer. The volunteer is advised to attach this kit in their bikes, car, home, office, etc. In the third phase, we will establish a local command and control center to monitor the rescue activities.

Our aim is, in any medical emergency the person to call our voluteer (called Hamdard). The person should say please call 'Hamdard' for help. The project name is the inspiration from Shaeed Hakim Said ( Hamdard : A compassionate). We will take it as sucess if we are able to save even a one Life

• It is used to facilitate the citizen through an application where they can manage the uncertain situations within minutes.
• Training of people on how to respond int the medical emergency

• This APP is used to provide fast emergency add to the accident victims through volunteers.
• The System will be intrgrated with the information of local hospotal and ambulance serveice

Project Implementation Method

Step 1: Development of React Native based mobile app similar to Careem and Food panada

Step 2: Marketing on social media and registration of volunteers

Step 3: Establishment of command and control center at Hamdard University

Step 5: Training of volunteer (medical, physcological, social, law, ethics)

Step 6: Distribution of rescue kit to volunteetr

Step 7: System pilot Testing

Benefits of the Project

The system will be designed in the view to serve mankind on a volunteer basis. Following are the benefits and features of the project

1. Training of local people on a volunteering basis
2. Each volunteer will be equipped with the training to handle the medical emergency and an emergency kit
3. The nearby trained volunteers will be contacted via a mobile app to the accident site
4. the volunteer will handle the emergency and will also coordinate the hospital and ambulance
5. The volunteer will also be trained to handle crowed at accident site and stable the victim morally
6. The system can benefit the person in a medical emergency in the metropolitan cities
7. The system will also uplift the motivation to help others in our youth

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

• The bike ambulance could be reached in any congested locality where for ambulane  access is not easy.

  This application show to views map view and list view map vew show the location map and it is based on google map while the list view shows a list of the volunteers in need there coresponding location.
