Performance management has been included in every company strategy plans for making its goals achievable by measuring how well it is doing. The most important and value-added measuring for performance management is the Key Performance Indicators. At Auvitronics Limited, we are developing KPIs Score Card system for getting better fact decision making abilities available to guide the flow of goals achievement. Our goal is to make a dashboard generating software with just the KPIs data feeding which is beneficial for the Company in analyzing and observing the performance of individual role, departmental role and group role if they are going into the right direction or not.

Project Objectives

The main purpose of this project is to make the company performance more efficiently and less costly so that they could not be distracted from their strategic goals. Also they have a competitive advantage of timely fact based decision making without the massive price tag.

Project Implementation Method

The methodology for developing and implementing the project will involve the traditional 12 steps process defined in the KPI Manual by AusIndustry (an Australian government department). According to this methodology, the primary role of performance measures is to help the organization focus on the critical success factors of the business. The methodology will involve finding the critical success factors of the industry and align those CSFs with some KPIs then monitoring those KPIs by programming an effective dashboard. he available dashboard software can overburden the organization in term of cost. Also many features and functions of those software are useless for organizations and it may also be possible that some of the required features are not available. By keeping these problems in mind, an effective dashboard software will be programmed using python programming language  according to the requirement of the industry.
