Project Objectives

a) Study acquisition and processing of EEG signal.

b) Fabricate the multichannel acquisition system which convert the raw analogue

EEG inputs to digital input.

c) Interface the acquisition device with software environment through SPI.

d) Develop a program based on Digital Signal processing to perform real-time

state of mind detection of pilot’s consciousness.

e) Develop a program based on Digital Signal processing to give a proof of

concept real-time Brain Computer Interface controlled drone.

Project Implementation Method

• Phase 1: Literature Review and Developing Skill in Computational

Neuroscience.

• Phase 2: Development of Brain Signal Acquisition System (Hardware)

• Phase 3: Integrating it with Software Environment

• Phase 4: Digital Signal Processing of Brain Signals.

• Phase 5: Cognitive State of mind detection

• Phase 6: To give Proof of concept model of Brain Controlled Drone

• Additional Scope: To make Actual Brain controlled Drone

Benefits of the Project

Brain Computer Interface is one of the most demanding and new era’s scientific

domain which is subject of upcoming generation’s warfare. Brain Computer Interface is

a link between Computer and Brain which is consider to be the most powerful

intelligence combination at its fully developed stage. Therefore, it is a need of time to

work on it and integrate it in our applications.
