Project Area of Specialization Artificial IntelligenceProject SummaryPerson Re-Identi?cation (ReID) aims at associating the same pedestrian across multiple cameras.This task has drawn increasing attention in recent years due to its importance in applications, such as surveillance, activity analysis and tracking .Person ReID remains a challenging problem because of complex variations in camera viewpoints, lighting, occlusions, and background clutter.
- We will implement this project as a security framework.
- Our system will be based on detecting and tracking the person.
- Our system will be useful for identification and also in Surveillance.
- It will also analyse the activity of a person.
The main objectives of this project are as follows.
- To provide the tracking of a specific person.
- To reidentify the same person over a network of camera or different cameras.
- To provide useful tool for video surveillance.
- To recognize an individual who was previously observed over a camera network.
- To provide the present location and time of the specific person who was detected by the camera.
- Controller block: In controller block we have used Arduino Uno and ultrasonic sensor which is basically used to trigger the camera and the camera will start capturing the video frames when the person will reach near the specific distance.
- Image Acquisition block: This block contains the frames of video after capturing by the camera.
- Face Detection: For face detection we will use YOLO algorithm. This algorithm is used for real time object detection.
- Face Recognition: Face recognition will be done through Eigen face method. The Eigen face method is one of the generally used algorithm for face recognition.
- It provide the tracking of a specific person.
- This project reidentify the same person over a network of camera or different cameras.
- This project will provide useful tool for video surveillance.
- This project will recognize an individual who was previously observed over a camera network.
our system will take the input video from camera.and detect and recognize the person and if the specific person which is of our target will identify in the network of camera then it will tell us the location and time of the person while passing through the network of cameras.
basically it will provide the reidentification of person
