Project ObjectivesAs we discuss in the sumary ,which also is our objective is that we are designing an independent closed loop system, where human can live as long as possible . the system does not depent on the outside atmosphere and fully able to produce oxygen (for humans to live) and absord CO2. this system gives a comfortable temprature along with these capabilities.
in addition to this ,we are initially designing it for 100 people and all the calculation belong to above scope.
Project Implementation Methodthe method is simple and that
we are going to rent a place and going to scale down our project.then we are going to sealed it, so no air come or go from the inside. before doing this we are going to put a meter that will show the oxygen and co2 quantity in the room. and will put algae in the tank and will flow it through the through the pipe using motor. there will be attachment of CO2 cylinder and then we are going to see .if the co2 increases or oxygen or there is some other result. on the baisis of this result ,we will conclude our findings.
Benefits of the Projectclimate change is real threat to human existence. We have witnessed that smog and pollution is affecting the Pakistan big cities like Lahore, Karachi etc. This results in different types of respiratory disease, which raises the need of new types of air conditioning system to coup the environment change. And we must find ways to design such system having capability to sustain life as long as possible, with economical and efficient output. For example, recently we witnessed pandemic, where we were forced to quarantine, whether in the homes or specially design areas for quarantine. So, in future, whether we go to some other planet or forced by mother nature e.g., in case of natural disaster or in case of another pandemic, the humans will need sanctuary to sustain life. So based on this we are designing the system independent of atmosphere condition to sustain 100 people and this system is fully capable enough to produce oxygen and absorb the carbon dioxide, which humans produce.
Technical Details of Final DeliverableThe project containing the system of air conditioning (VA) and also the system ECO, which consist of algae, capable enough to produce the oxygen for desired amount of people and the CO2 that people produce can be used to feed algae. We are designing this system for 100 people and we expect that in the results, we will able to show that without depending on the outside environment, we are able enough to produce oxygen and feed algae in addition to provide comfortable temperature.
