 The camera’s history can be traced back to the Middle Ages with the first pinhole camera. A physicist by the name of Alhazen discovered the idea of Camera Obscura, which led him to the creation of the first pinhole camera. Project Objectives

To implement CCTV camera as a possible solution for modernizing our campus security system. And to overcame UET Bannu campus security problems in general as a whole and maintaining a secure teaching and learning environment.

Project Implementation Method

Install hard drive inside the DVR l

Time and date setting Format hard drive for first time installation by clicking on init button

Access DVR from mobile

After connecting cameras to the DVR     through BNC connectors, connect ethernet     cable to the ethernet port for the world wide access Go to network setting and enable hikconnect Install Hilook app from play store on mobile   After registration click on add device and scan      the QR code form DVR display

Benefits of the Project

Every year, hundreds of students walk onto UET Bannu campus.  These students come with one overall goal: to obtain a higher level of education. However, in order to ensure that students are provided the best possible opportunity with which to succeed in college, a safe and secure learning environment is essential. To maintain peace and order on its campus UET Bannu has its own security guards. These security guards are responsible for the campus security. So that they are watch the student’s safety and properties. By doing these, the security guards do play a part in lowering the level of crime, harm, and fights in the campus. But there can never be enough security guards to ensure our campus safety. Security guards are not enough to maintain safety of the campus area. So the campus needs to install security cameras.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

when the project is finaly done, it will provide  safe and secure environmeny for the students. A surveillance system installed can discourage unwanted and dangerous events and may protect students and teachers alike, in many situations. When security cameras are placed in plain sight they have been shown to reduce unwanted activity in that area. No one wants to be recorded on camera committing a crime. People will point out the cameras to others, which will make everyone aware that their activities are being recorded. When students know they are being watched, they are usually on their best behaviour.
