Project Implementation Method

The wheel is rotating in open channel or water falling on it for its rotation Generator /Dynamo is connected parallel to it.Motion of wheel is transmitted to Generator through belts and pulley or gear mechanism electricity is generated. in generator

Benefits of the Project

it will produce 25kw of electricity  which will be  used as micro hydro power plant in those areas where river water is available  

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

poncelet water wheel has curve blades rather than straight blades in common water wheel its efficiency is double of common water wheel  which ranges from 80%to 93% water enters to blades without any head and leaves the blades without impact
