We will use Mild steel for our Project. The reason for choosing MS for our application is that;
Mild steel is a better
option when it comes to ultimate tensile strength.
It is cost effective.
It is Ductile.
Easily
Weldable.
It has High Melting Point above 1200’C.

Project Objectives
  1. materials testing durability
  2. temprature test -30C-100C
  3. Materials (plastic glass and matels etc)
  4. relative humidity 100% 
Project Implementation Method

we have divided the implementation of this project in three phase .

  1. we  will search chambers type and  select one of them we will work on its structure and make rectangle type chamber. we will research and will do some literature review to find out the best and appropiate  materials to order in make weather chamber.
  2. select  3 to 4 materials and will do some literature review to which material we use in weather chamber and which materials we use inside and outside of a weather chamber.
  3. we will work and design and development to which tools used for making chamber.
  4. after complete three phase  
Benefits of the Project

after complete the project we will test the materials durability temprature hardness and softness it is easy to use and check which material you can use in you project.you can select time and temorature for material usually plastic glass and metals are test in chamber 

Technical Details of Final Deliverable
  1. reasonable Cost; we can make chamber with reasonable metals and use mild steel with powder coating instead stainless steel 
  2. Efficiency; it is most efficient we will use high sensitivty sensors and less tolerence system to make it more efficient 
  3. Product Quality Enhancement; make appropiate fine quality inside and outside of a chamber
  4. Stable Structure; its best for industrial use
