? Surveys say ‘A manual car wash uses at least 150 to 200 liters water per wash.
? And we live in a country which ranks third in the world facing water crises.
? In 2018 the Lahore High Court (LHC) imposed a ban on car washing stations.

? By Automatic car washing stations, water usage could be reduced up to 50% than a manual car washing.
We have divided our project into 4 parts
? Learning of PLC:
In this we will learn about PLC. We will learn its writing codes through Siemens Software.
? Study of SCADA System:
In this, we will learn about SCADA System for monitoring and controlling our project components.
? Hardware work:
Designing of Car Wash System using power supply relays, water pumps, sensors, cleaning brushes, and conveyor belt
? Implementing the codes and testing of it.
After plc programming and hardware design, we will test all the components working or not and their efficiency.

- so this project could be installed near Supermarkets & malls, GAS stations, Airports, Hotels & Resorts.
- It can be used in domestic service stations.
- This technique could be used in an industry where the washing process is required like the food industry and leather industry for washing purpose
- We will get an automated car washing station which will be pollution-free, easy to operate, less time and water will be required in the operation.
- This technique not only will be used on the car washing stations, But It can also be implemented in food, leader and other industries where washing is mandatory.
How it will operate

In this Leather, brushes will on and clean the car dust.
