Project Summary

This project is basically a Trainer in which we Design and Construct the Instruments with the help of Pressure Sensor, Thermal sensor, Water tank, Flow sensor, Level sensor, Pump Driver, Motor valve driver. These Instruments control the Flow, Temperature, Level and Pressure. These Instruments give Signals to the PID Controller and PID Process on other Function. Then the PID give the Signals to Instruments Who will control the other valves and perform the other Functions.

Project Objectives

This project is basically a Trainer in which we Design and Construct the Instruments with the help of Pressure Sensor, Thermal sensor, Water tank, Flow sensor, Level sensor, Pump Driver, Motor valve driver. These Instruments control the Flow, Temperature, Level and Pressure. These Instruments give Signals to the PID Controller and PID Process on other Function. Then the PID give the Signals to Instruments Who will control the other valves and perform the other Functions

Process Control Trainer contains an educational board with a pressurized vessel and a set of sensors and actuators for level, pressure, temperature and flow. A control module, containing the interface circuits for the sensors and the actuators and the ON/OFF, proportional, integral and derivative control circuits (PID).

    User can control flow of liquid manually, through ON/OFF control or through software PID control algorithm with the help of flow sensor
  • Level Control
    User can maintain level of liquid manually, through ON/OFF control or through software PID control algorithm with the help of level sensor
  • Temperature Control
    User can control temperature level manually, through ON/OFF control or through software PID control algorithm with the help of thermal sensor
  • Pressure Control
    User can control pressure of liquid manually or through software PID control algorithm with the help of thermal sensor

Control the Flow of Liquid, Maintain the Temperature, Control the pressure of Liquid through the Pressure valve and Control and Check the level of liquid manually or automatically by PID Controller.

PID controller is one of the methods for temperature control and is widely used in process control industry due to simple design and easy to implement in industrial. PID controller consists of three controllers, which is proportional (P) controller, Integral (I) controller, and derivative (D) controller [2]. Controlling the 4 variable inputs (Level, Flow, Temperature & Pressure)

PLC Controller is usually Used but it has many issues. It cannot fix the that problem. So That’s why we use PID Controller. It can process better than the other controller method.
