Internet-of-things-enabled personal healthcare applications will require sensors to collect data in smart spaces, such as smart homes or healthcare environments, and from wearable or implanted RFID tags. Data from RFID devices will provide insights into people’s diurnal activities, help detect abnormal events, and possibly alert caregivers to problems. The idea of using an IoT to create smart cities may have originated with a 1990’s era nationwide coalition, Smart Growth America (SGA). SGA sought to address issues related to urban environments, including resource management, transportation, and public administration. Recent government support for information and communication technology systems may finally allow the SGA’s vision to be realized. Potential applications of IoT include the monitoring of building health, energy consumption, noise, and air quality; improved waste and traffic. The Internet of Things is the system connected to physical household devices Household appliances and all other electronically integrated components, Software and sensors that help them exchange data. The Internet of Things is gradually being used over time. IoT suspects use Small effort to recruit devices where there are fewer. The Proposed technoqiue is uses GSM module for transmission of data streams and RF receiver. The Project will be used for home security and for wearable prosthetics and each pattern is then added using Aurdino IDE.

The Home Security system composes of two different sensors which can monitor the home conditions. The sensors used in this paper are Passive Infrared sensor and Infrared sensor. Next, the Espresso Lite V2.0 is used to connect all the sensors together and act as the main controller. The Blynk application is used as a switch to turn ON and OFF the device. The FAVORIOT platform is used to receive the data send from the Espresso Lite V2.0. Based on Figure 1, this paper used an Espresso Lite V2 as the microcontroller. The Espresso Lite V2 will be connected to the UC00A that will supply a 3.3V to power up the board. As the Espresso Lite V2 operated, it will automatically connect to the internet via build in Wi-Fi board. This microcontroller used ESP-WROOM02 as the WiFi board and send data to the FAVORIOT platform. The inputs for this project are the data from the PIR sensor and IR sensor which will monitor the home surrounding and send the data to the ESPresso Lite V2. This project will only operate when the user are not at home, thus, a ‘Blynk’ application will be used to act as a switch to turn the project ‘ON’ and ‘OFF’. The OLED display will show the output for each conditions and the data is send to the webserver which is FAVORIOT. The webserver will automatically send an alert to the user via smartphone. Various hardware materials are required to have an home automation system.
Security being the main intent of the project, the most important application of this system is any domestic security. By using this project, a person will be intimidated about any incident likely to be caused by fire, theft, LPG gas – REMOTELY. This project can be used at Restaurants, Industries, Manufacturing units, Banks, etc. The main advantage of this system is that it is fully automated. Once installed, it does not require any kind of human interaction. Also, it is very cost-effective. IOT and Arduino based Home Security System can be enhanced to identify fingerprints as opposed to a password using a keypad. Additionally, we can have a voice announcement system that would send out vocal instructions regarding any of the four hazardous conditions detected by Smoke, Temperature, IR and LPG gas sensors. We believe that comfort, safety and security are the best reasons to choose IoT devices. If your device is constantly aware of the situation, status alerts such as motion detectors, smoke detectors, and IP cameras let you know what's going on at home. The devices can interact with each other and follow the instructions. When the motion sensor light is on, it prevents intruders from entering. Turning the lights on and off reduces energy consumption and manpower. With a stable internet connection and power supply, all this is a great feature. Although smart homes are among the few homeowners who have adopted the concept of automatic living, security experts have warned of the vulnerabilities present in smart homes. When I connect a device to a smart hub that works with a VI-FI connection, the home router setup seems to have the weakest connection because the router has become vulnerable to firmware. CherryBom's latest spy report published by WikiLeaks puts the security of the router under public control. Thousands of router companies have rewritten programs to monitor user behavior on the Internet.
