This project implies and highlights the use of AI, which currently specifies to be the future of onwards generation. This project is basically a security system which will provide details at every end of the scenario, creation of database and information handling etc.

Project Objectives

Preventing unauthorized people  from entering in department.
Using face detection rather than id cards.
Protection from outsiders.
Ensuring the safety and security of staff, students and visitors.

Project Implementation Method

This security system is used on the following steps:

The Camera is used to recognize the face of the individual before entering the department.

This camera will detect the face and will send the personal details on the screen as the output and the data entry will entered on the database which will match the database of the student information database provided at the time of system implementation.

The motion detectors are used in the purpose of alarming system so that if the security guards are not available and someone tries to breach the security system the alarms would raise and leading to inform the in charges that the security system is breached

When the camera will detect the individual and the motion sensor will not raise alarm then the access would be granted to the individual on the basis of the entries that individual has provided at the time and current entries would be made according to time and date following with the output to be generated on the output screen showing the individual’s personal information.

When the camera will not recognize the individual the output screen will generate “Access Denied” on the screen and a simple form will be generated on the same screen. This form will include the individual’s personal details, reason of entering department and this information will be directly sent as an email to the chairman of the department.

After that the entry of that individual would be entered in the database in the “outsider entered” section.

This will allow the individual to enter the department.

It basically allows the entries of those individuals who are the part of the department, and those who are not, shall go through some procedure before entering the department..

This visualize the safety of every individual of the department and alarming of the individual if the system is to be breached.
