Software Requirement Details (SRS) will provide a detailed description of Criminal Record Management (CRM) requirements. This will allow the SRS to fully understand what to expect from the newly introduced system. A clear understanding of the system and its functionality will allow the end user to develop the right software and will be used to develop future phases of the project. This (SRS) will provide the basis for the project. With this SRS, CRM criminal record management can be designed, built and finally tested. It will be used by the SRS system development team that is building (CRM) and the police and the user. The project team will use SRS to fully understand the expectations of this CRM to build the appropriate software. End users of the police will be able to use this (CRM) as a "test" to see if the construction team will build the system according to their expectations. If this is not what they expect, end users can specify that it is not to their liking and the team will change the SRS to meet the needs of end users.
