In the same market place any type of sellers starts his/her own business with little investment to sell his/her products/services by simple clicks. Similarly, any type of buyers will buy product/services from any type of seller as per his/her demand.
Our goal is to develop multi purposes application that the buyer can search for product/services into nearest market place and put online order as per his/her need. The sellers will provide home delivery sharply in short time within surrounding area. On the basis of his/her product/services the buyers can be rated the provider.
Project ObjectivesOur mission is to make the Pakistan international level Businesses area and in which by little investment every person can be start-up his own business and getting customers through our services.
Our second mission to eliminate unemployment by providing the delivery boy or system operator.
Also through our localbuy application we also plan to become Pakistan’s largest paid advertisement company by offering businesses to display their advertisements on the main page where discussing about the services and posting.
Project Implementation MethodWe followed agile methodology for developing our system because we want to develop it in increments and changes may be occur in requirements, design or implementation so that changes may accommodate easily. Our aim is to early and quick development to meet the customer needs. Agile methodology requires small number of team between 3 to 9 members therefore we select agile methodology.
Limitation is that agile methodology concentrate work quality on the skills and behaviors of the developers, as the design of the modules and sub-modules are created mainly by single developer.
The process involves breaking down each project into prioritized requirements into different modules. Each module is reviewed and assessed by the development team. The insights gained from the assessment are used to determine the next step in development. Team members come to prescheduled regular meetings to review the work completed the previous iteration, and to plan work for the upcoming iteration. Detailed goals are set in each iteration meeting such as; expected changes, time estimates, priorities and budgets.

Everywhere in Pakistan there are a lot of problem for the seller and buyer. Often the buyers are employees or workers. When they free from his own work then the time is too late for shopping or due to very busyness in his work they can’t buy something, just like home items, cooking items, milk, electronics etc and then waiting for Sunday. On Sunday they searching, bargaining and moving for every items in market one-by-one shop.
Similarly, seller waiting for the buyers from morning to mid-night, also they try to make his own shops in the front of market and invests a lot on decoration or rent to make his customers more.
Our application will have provide to the buyers can buy products from shop, work place as well from home. Also the seller can sell any type of product from market place, with limited investment for him, only provide good qualities within specific time with fixed price rate which mention in application.
Similarly, security or trust is very sensitive issue, one can’t easily trust that an unknown sellers and his product like milk, foods etc. Our plan to manage this by inspection team and also the buyers can check his direction, shops name, etc. If the buyers want to buy from specific shops, then they can buy exactly from there by checking his status in the application.
Plus Point: The worker can give time to there own family by using our application.
Technical Details of Final DeliverableThere will be three module of our application,

Users will install Localbuy (module) for getting service or product of the local market.
Service provider will instal Service (module) to serve the users according to the user needs. They will be register on this platform and will get a unique ID. They can keep track of their orders.
Similarly, Product providers will install Product module to deliever the products to users. Same they will be register on this platform and will get a unique ID and can keep track of their orders.
It same works like Careem or Uber. Google Map is used in all three modules. Users willl see nearest shops and providers will see user location to serve or deliver the product.
