In our proposed system an organization can examine ,search and find out the basic information related to the person whom they are hiring regarding their health and criminal record with the collaboration of higher authority and hospital management system. our system software will protect an organization from an intruder or someone with criminal intentions which can harm an organization. This study also assumes that the system software have embedded information of medical records and crime records that will help us to identify the specific persons having criminal records or the ones which are unhealthy for the job. To keep the organization safe from intruder or unknown person we have added facial recognition method.

Our record system is designed basically for keeping medical and criminal records.This can be detected through NATIONAL IDENTITY CARD and FACE RECOGNITION method.Database Management systems are widely used by companies and organizations to maintain and manage their knowledge and information resources.
