 Coronaviruses are enveloped RNA viruses prevalent in birds and mammals including humans causing severe respiratory, enteric, hepatic, and neurologic diseases.Given the high prevalence and wide distribution of coronaviruses, the large genetic diversity and frequent recombination of their genomes, and increasing human–animal interface activities, novel coronaviruses are likely to emerge periodically in humans owing to frequent cross-species infections and occasional epiemics.

Therfore identification of specific drug targets to inhibit viral replicaiton is of tremendous importance to control its rapid spread.The project is designed to do a pilot study using differnt is-silico tools which aid in idntifiacion of novel drug targets.
