Purpose of this FYP is to solve a major problem of corporates which they are facing on daily basis. This project helps in killing unhealthy political environment, unfair performance evaluation of employee, bias yearly evaluation report, communication gap b/w employee and management, communication gap b/w employee-employee, daily updates.The sole purpose of this project is to boost the overall productivity of organization by targeting the human resource via different channel. 

There will be a special formula to calculate the performace score of each employee each month. The system will rank employee of the month automatically and company will give bonuses and appraisal to high scorer. 

Score will be from 0-100

Project will comprise of three parts

• Web portal - For managment
• Smart Phone app- For every employee
• Attendence/querry point

Project Objectives

This project has number of objectives but one of the is to boost productivity of organization by managing employee in a better way

• Employee will remain intact with organization even if he/she is not in premises.

• Reduce mental stress of employee as they will know that this portal will secure them from politics via performance score.

Project Implementation Method

The implementaion structure of this project is client-server architechure. All the querries will be proccesed by central server. 

User of this product subdivided into two main categories.

• Higher management
• All Employees

Higher management

The users which have authorization of higher management portal can do following tasks:

• Get logged in to their portal
• Create, edit, and delete the employee account
• Generate notifications for other employees
• Add payroll data to employee’s account
• View attendance
• View and mark queries as solved
• Analyze the performance score
• Can do chat with other employees

Regular employee

All the employees of organization. Whether they are from managment department or any other department. They may have rights to do following tasks via android app:

• Login to app via given credentials
• View their performance score
• Maintain their performance score
• View employee of month
• Mark their own attendance
• View attendance
• View payroll info
• Chat with other employees
• Get notifications from higher management
• log and track the complaint
• log and track the suggestion
