The Monitoring And Controlling Of Boiler Through SCADA will facilitate human effort and will pervent workers from any catastrophic failure that cause hundreds of human life. and it will also facilitate thorugh IOT in which Worker can Monitor and Control the Boiler right outside from boiler room.
•Boiler is most important industrial equipment as well as most dangerous part of industry for the human workers which may cause harm several lives in case of any minor failure.
• Our Main objective is to create a advanced and Intelligent automated system to minimize errors at measuring and various stages.
• To create a reliable monitoring system to avoid the catastrophic failure.
•In order to automate a power plant and minimize human intervention, there is a need to develop a PLC & SCADA system that helps to reduce the errors caused by humans.
• SCADA is used to monitor the boiler temperature, pressure and water level using different sensors and the corresponding output is given to the PLC which controls the boiler temperature, pressure and water level.

• Boiler Automation which consists of PLC, SCADA and sensors to monitor and control the entire operation of boiler.

• Resistive Temperature detector Pt 100 (RTD PT 100) is used to measure the temperature.
•
• RT pressure switch is used to measure the pressure inside the boiler.
•
• Float switches are used to detect the feed water level inside the boiler.
Our predicted result of this project will overcome the present problems faced at Boiler operation.
• It will be a Advanced and Intelligent automated system having fewer possibilities of errors at measuring and various stages.
• It will provide a reliable monitoring system to avoid the catastrophic failure.
• It will be a Intelligent Automated system having less human efforts.
Boiler Automation using PLC and SCADA will design and implement. Different sensors are used to measure the temperature, pressure and water level. SCADA is used to monitor the parameters and PLC used to control the operation. If the temperature and pressure exceed predefined value then the entire setup will shut down and automatic check valves are opened to release the steam and pressure. In case of emergency alarm was energized and automatic check valves are opened to avoid catastrophic failure. Ladder diagram of Delta PLC is simulated using WPL soft and the SCADA design of boiler automation is simulated using Intouch wonderware software.
