Now with the advancement of technology, we can do many things, which we cannot even imagine in past years. But In Pakistan, there are many designers and artist which are having an outstanding talent in their field but do not get a required market of their products that they should do. In same scenario many artisans even don’t know that they can sale their designed products at very high price. 

We are going to make a website where the artists from the local area can showcase the products and creativity to the world. We’ll create a platform through which we interact the creators and artists to fashion houses and encourage them to show their creativity and designed products to online market where they can a fair award of their talent and a chance to connect to global value chains and market.

Objective of Website
The main objective of website is to provide platform to people having talent and through this website we will connect and interact a global market through which they can interact the world. We connect them to the fashion houses and encourage them to join to get a better future opportunity for the betterment of whole society.

Website Scope
More than 30% of Pakistani people are jobless, many of them have talent but they don’t know how and where they can use it or they have no opportunity to show their skills. We will provide them a platform where they can show their skills and buyer will see their talent and buy their products or can hire them permanently. So for all jobless people this will be a great opportunity to show their skills.

Methodologies for development of software
There are many steps involved in the development of software. Some main steps are discussed here:

1.     Collection of Requirement

These are some steps which we use mainly in development of a software. Every factor has its own importance and every factor is different according to time and work. There are some process we use to do our work. For example agile method is mostly used for project in which we need rapid development with iterative approach. On the other hand there are another process name as ‘waterfall’ which we use if requirement are stable. This method is used for long projects and we select method according to the size of your project. Agile will be used for the projects in which we expected quick results.

Agile
We use the agile method in our project to use iterative approach. So why we use agile method? We use this method to minimize the risk. This method is used for rapid development.

Benefits of the Project

The main benefit to develop this website is to serve the humanity as well as our country. There is big number of people having talent to do some specific work but they have no opportunity to show their talent or to sale their product at high price. So by using this platform they can use their skills world wide, they can sale their talent at high prices. On the other hand there are people who looks for some best worker to do their work, so they can also hire them for their individual work or can hire permanently.

And the second thing we are connecting Artisan to Fashion Houses for value chain development so peoples can be hire by these Fashion Houses and get an awesom amount.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

We will provide a software based solution to public where they can sell their creativity.

There will be two types of traffic on our website, seller and buyer.

Seller:
Sellers are the artist who will upload their work on our website after sign up of seller account. These artists includes  carpenters, handicraft workers, statue and sculptures makers, home textiles workers, pottery makers and all the other people which have creativity in their work. They will upload their work so buyer can access them and buy their product or hire them.

Buyer:
Buyers are the people who will access website after sign up of buyer account to see the work upload by seller, if they like their products and price, they can buy products or can hire those seller. Buyer can see also see artisan near him/her to hire. Payments will be received by owner of website then deliver to seller after deducting 5% of commission.

Connect to Fashion Houses:

In this, people can interact with big Fashion Houses and they can be hire by Fashion Houses, if their sills are really polished and outstanding work.
