The Mobile app and the Complaint portal for IT Services will accomplish this goal by implementing the complaint redressal service through mobile app.While visiting the ITSC, its analysed that manually is a very hectic for student as they are busy in tough time schedule of studies. That’s why we develop an online platform which facilitates the students. The whole FYP is a year-long process involving groups of students and their supervisors to accomplish a theme-based project. So, it is very necessary to employ the latest technologies in order to allow different users to contribute and communicate more efficiently.

Its non-linear approach allows for more flexibility in the instruction and can catch problems early in the development stages. Moreover, RAD reduces development time and costs.
