Project Summary

Tailors use traditional manual systems to book their clients. The clients must travel to the location of the tailor shop to get their measurements taken. These measurements are written on paper or in books. This method poses a high threat in terms of loss of their information i.e., measurement, order date, delivery date, etc. No proper backups and the system are tedious. Cloud-based tailoring applications will solve all these problems and automate the tailor shops and enhance accessibility irrespective of geographical locations provided there is the internet.

To automate the current manual tailoring system and maintain a customer record.
To manage admeasurement in the application.
To enable customers to send their measurements to the tailors of their clothes to be made.
To manage order and delivery date.
To send notifications to customers about status via SMS.
Customers can find the nearest tailor.

Project Implementation Method

This project is based on a mobile application. This application is deployed to the PlayStore and Apple store.

Benefits of the Project

Tailor application is designed to address the problem of traditional tailor tasks. This application is used by tailors as well as customers. This project will concentrate on mobile/web applications in order to automate the tailored system.
