Project Area of Specialization Biomedical EngineeringProject SummaryFor this project, I used Niklas Rosenstein's Myo-Python library that he kindly shared on Github. This library is based on Python and allows EMG armband to be interfaced using Python programming language. I added some features using his library to make sure application doesnt crash which it would quite often otherwise.
The 5 finger movements chosen for thise project were:
- Thumb open 2) Index finger open 3) Middle finger open 4) Ring finger open 5) Pinky finger open
1)To collect useful surface EMG (sEMG) signals for classifications of fingers.
2)To construct a prosthetic hand which mimics fingers movements of human hand by using surface EMG (sEMG) signals.
Project Implementation Methodwe use mayo armband for acquiring signal .this band wirelessly by using this Bluetooth adapter send signal to computer .in it we use the libraries of python to classify and trained the signal, after this ,this signal go the robotic hand to operate fingers and this is also done wirelessly by using Bluetooth module.

- this project also give the idea to operate hand of amputes
Technical Details of Final Deliverablewe use mayoware for check best surface places to get every finger movement after that we use mayo armband to operate prosthetic hand.
