‘Pakistan Citizen Portal is an integrated citizens system which connect citizen of Pakistan with the government organizations. Our basic goal to develop the citizen portal application is to highlight the issues faced by every citizen and they didn’t how to communicate to Government department , so this application help to raise their issues to higher authority by providing each and every details of their problem. Current location is provided to get the exact location so the problem can be justify easily, this application help to give the suggestion or feedback for the new innovative ideas which help in growth of country.
This application also provide the information to government officers about the country condition .

It provides a nation-wide window to connect people with Government Organizations at all levels for raising their issues with authorities, complaints' redressal and suggestions.’

our basic goal was to raise the voice of citizen and to sort thier issues regarding thier area .

The primary objective of the unit is to provide citizens' an opportunity to seamlessly communicate with all government entities and have their issues resolved with priority, in accordance with the vision of the Government.

Project Objectives

• The goal of the project is to cater the problem statement timely in the most efficient way according to the deadlines.

• Enable Government Organizations/Departments to respond and attempt to resolve complaints of the registered citizens/membersin a timely and appropriate possible mannerin accordance with relevant laws/rules/regulations. 
• Ensure that complaints& suggestions are timely forwarded to the concerned officer/officefor necessary action under the law within the organization or other organizations 
• This would help the people to complain there file online and to see there complain whether being processed or not.
•  Respond and keep the members/citizens well informed at all levels of the complaint Redressal process.
• Ensure that complaints are resolved in the manner of a possible relief provided to the complainant.
•  Provide focal persons with an understanding about complaints& suggestions handling processes i.e.  retrieving,reopening, resolving, responding and closing.
• Identify how complaints& suggestions are used as basis for evidence-based policy making.
• The objective is to solve the problem of  people stated and we both contributed in the project with efficient ideas and worked on it to create it

Project Implementation Method

Functional and Non-Functional Requirements

User can register his problem from the category from which he is viewing and select the city option. Then User have to take a picture of the problem and upload it on the application to clearly gave the actual problem picture where to get started and where to work once this work is done after that user will give his live location by selecting the live location on form and after that that submit the form to the admin side so the work should be started on the time user should be able to see his/her application status where the progress is and if the report is accepted the report should be not closed until it is done. If it is done then admin has the right to close the application if it is not closed by the user.

If the user wants to call the worker, he can call through his/her number provided by the system.  If the admin want to have any query about the problem or the address of the user can freely contact through his/her number provided at the time of registration

This project is very significant because it will cater and solve a lot of problems user go through the online complain application which will take time to resolve and a lot of effort though our application

The objective is to solve the problem of  people stated and we both contributed in the project with efficient ideas and worked on it to create it
