In the current times, we can find most of the people clinging to their mobile phones and smart devices all over the day. With the help of his companion, a mobile phone and the laptop or tablet, some daily and important tasks of warehouse can be accomplished by personifying the use of the mobile phone/laptop. Investigating the current smart phone market, most users are opting for Android based phones. Warehouse Automation System has been designed for mobile phones having Android platform to automate an Bluetooth interfaced Arduino and path following robot which is use to move the luggage from one destination to other. A number of lights and different electrical instruments in room are control through using on/off relay. Also the door of the warehouse are control automatically by using the motion sensor. This report presents the automated tactic of controlling the devices in a warehouse that could comfort the tasks of using the old-style method of the working in the warehouse. The most famous and efficient technology of wireless communication-Bluetooth is used here to automate the luggage controller with feature of auto-following path and by using the NodeMCU v3.0 WiFi feature control the electrical instruments throughout the world. Moreover using motion sensor we control the gates that will automatically open/close by sensing motion. The warehouse automation system for Android/Laptop users is a step towards the ease of the tasks by controlling all the warehouse house automatically.

For implementation of this project we will require Software and hardware modules. Software will include Android app and a website for Dashboard. Hardware modules will require A Robot (to carry luggage and cargo from one place to other), A gate controller (which will control door using motion sensors) and a fully instruments automation module which will control all electrical instruments from android mobile and a website from all over the world.

The purposed warehouse automation system design based on to overcome existing system problems which are provided by the employees of the company warehouse. The accessibility of the information will be the great advantages as it reduce the errors and the efforts that are arise in the warehouse.
The system handles all the aspects of the warehouse like we automate the luggage control by lifting the luggage on the robot and the instruments like lights fan and machinery and also we automate the door of the warehouse. The different automation equipment’s are used through the android app and web system.

Final Deliverable will contain
- A Robot that will be controlled remotely through and Android mobile. This robot will move according to given commands from android phone and it will also be able to follow a pre-defined path on its own without any command or instructions. It will decide its path on its own.
- An Android app
- A website for Dashboard. It will include user management, instruments automation and door control.
- A fully working instruments automated module which can be controlled from website or android app. A remote button can on and off instruments from anywhere any time.
- A door automation module which will work through Android app and motion sensors.
