The project Borowe App is a complete platform to borrow the thing when required, where renters can search for products to rent by name, location, or category and find a bargain. Similarly, if someone already have things which are in occasional use than they can offer them on rent. Therefore, owners can advertise everyday household items as well as other goods and services on app. The proposed system will formalize and safeguards the links and transaction between owners and renters. Furthermore, it allows businesses as well to advertise their products (goods or services) for the rental basis. It creates a sharing economy by providing a unique user experience that opens the rental marketplace up to the everyday online user. It provides an opportunity for owners to make money and renters to save money by cutting out the middle man. The peer to peer (P2P) marketplace is the easiest, cheapest, and most reliable way to rent goods for a specific time.

The BORR-OWE project will meet the following objectives:
- Earn money from items you already own. Save by not buying things you rarely use.
- Better utilization of the existing things which are in least frequently used.
The main focus for creating this platform to provide users ease in borrow or lend that item which is require for limited time.
Project Implementation MethodWebsite Application:
For the development of Web Application a Java Web framework will be used named Spring. With Spring, developers can create loosely coupled modules where-in dependencies are handled by the framework rather than depending on the libraries in the code. Spring framework is exhaustive and covers a lot of features including security and configuration, which are easy to learn.
Mobile Application:
For the development of Web Application a Java Web framework will be used named Ionic. It is an open-source and easy to use cross-platform app development framework. The fact that the framework allows developers to embed default UI elements. This in a way enables them to focus more on development and less on designing. For developers that have hands-on experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Image processing algorithm will be used for scanning provided document of the borrowers that is required for verification.
