Project Summary

Donor have choice to donate their respective blood group. Blood is transfused directly from donor to recipient without intervening storage or transport. Our project’s main purpose is to provide an easy and reliable environment to both patients and donor. So That when a person is in urgent need of blood he can rely on our website. It allows for blood transfusion as a life sustaining and life-saving procedure. Over one hundred million units of blood are donated throughout the world. Information and data of each donor is stored in database.

Project Objectives

The main objective of our website is to save the people if they are in a dire need of blood. To ensure the ready availability of the people containing required group of blood, 24 hours in a day. Provide safe and quality blood and blood components collected from voluntary donors, and free of cost to the people as it will be voluntary. Ensuring purity and quality of blood. Our mission in this project is that when a receiver wants blood from selected category of the blood group then the available donor’s list will be show. And donor get the notification about the receiver on the email or contact.

• Able to forward blood donation appeal messages to friends by email or text
• Option for leaving a message for the blood donor center, including comments and suggestion
• Requester can request blood if available.

Requester

• Requester can search for required blood group
• Requester can send request to donor for desire blood

System

• System can add admin or user
• System can add details of admin or user
• System can send notification
• System can delete admin or user
• System will keep user’s data confidential
• System will send request from requester to donor

• System will provide user friendly interface
• System will keep user’s data confidential
• Our system is easy to extend with new functionality as we add new features in it. 
• If issue arises in system then the project must be programmed in such a way that developer can service it again
• The system must have a proper data backup mechanism
• The system must perform well in different scenario
• The system must be available for 24 hours a day without any bandwidth issue.

The system must alerts when the system suffers from a recoverable interruption
