a digital platform providing a B2B online marketplace fulfilling the demand of the local supply chain specifically addressing the shoe industry of Pakistan where wholesalers and manufacturers have the right to bid their price and collaborate directly with a large number of suppliers, and an interface to logistics providers which enables them to directly meet their client while gaining complete visibility and tracking with electronic proof of delivery, all data-driven by a smart contract which features proof of origin of a product.

Project Objectives

1. Development, audit and deployment of a smart contract which will enable the system to track transactions and support for neutral platform for all stakeholders
2. Designing  and Development of a central system that provides an interface to all stakeholders in that specific local supply chain to manage
   1. Their profiles
   2. Their products
   3.  Their orders 
   4. Their payments
3. A communication platform for  all actors of the system

4. Design and development of the shipper application interface

5. Admin interface to. Manage the whole. System

6. Systematic features for all users such that
     Chat negotiation suggestions

7. Orders history analysis to manage the record for users

Project Implementation Method

Project implementation consists of four basic interfaces for stakeholders and admins which will be directly connected with the blockchain network, initially, we are going to use a public test network. later on, we aim to move on mainnet to launch the product.
the four interfaces are:

• General Platform for all the visitors
• For Manufacturers and suppliers:
  • an interface that will enable them to manage their profiles and product stores and a collaboration platform to communicate and other stuff that can only be accessed after registration with certain roles.
• For shippers:
  • an interface for the shippers( third-party logistics providers) to connect with our system and gain access to multiple consumers 
• For Admins:
  • a system, that will manage all other interfaces and provide support for the users.

all the interfaces have interconnected with blockchain and a central system to store the data and provide visibility

Benefits of the Project

digital platform for middle-level manufacturers, wholesalers, suppliers(Raw material providers), and logistic providers of local shoe industry of Pakistan to provide the availability of their customers at their fingertips to place orders while gaining complete advantage of visibility, different customized price bids, product assembling & tracking, and proof of origin of a product which will ensure a trustless and secure system for effective performance.
