Blockchain based digital contract/agreement network that streamlines the process of contract creation on a mobile application and saves it in a distributed ledger/
blockchain network while keeping everything transparent to its end users so a trustworthy environment can be created.
Project Implementation Method
Tech-Stack:
Website to market the product. React Native based mobile application. Backend linked with blockchain
technology.
Working:
User authentication, selection of domain for which the contract needs to be created (i.e: Real Estate, Agri-business etc), number of parties will be decided while creating the contract and each party will enter thier details such as scanned docs, CNIC number etc. After that, Keys will be generated based on their unique details so that other parties can also view the contract. The contracts will be immutable and distributed.
Benefits of the Project
No Third Parties: The blockchain technology allows for verification without having to be dependent on
third-parties.
Fraud-proof: No party, even the creater of the contract can change the contract however the parties can re-create the another contract which
will overwrite the previous contract without deleting the old ones and since various consensus protocols are needed to validate the entry by the parties, it removes the risk of duplicate entry or fraud.
Secure Contracts:
Blockchain uses cryptography to secure data ledgers and contracts will be safe and secure with a timestamp.
Easy to use: The manual, time-consuming processes and hassle of going out and doing all the paper work can be automated with the use of blockchain.
Easy Tracking: Origin of any contract
can easily be tracked.
Eco-Freindly: It saves alot of paper work and you can make a contract instantly.
Technical Details of Final Deliverable
Final deliverable will be a react native mobile application where a user can easily create a contract or agreement which will be saved on a blockchain network.
