B-Bot is a web based system that will bargain bargain in natural language, using Natural Language Processing (NLP), with the customers.

B-Bot will bargain on the basis of following things:

• Price Discount Limit
• Deadline with respect to Time
• Both Price & Deadline

Project Objectives

In the world of online markets & trading, there are very few automated solution for the seller to bargain with customers, but they require 24/7 presence of seller. Also, the seller can't be avaialble 24/7 on the platforms. B-Bot will bargain for any product 24/7. It'll, also, reduce the customer service cost for many E-Commerce Platforms.

Project Implementation Method

First we'll create a basic module of chatbot. After the completion of basic module, we'll apply some of the Machine Learning (ML) Algorithms and some Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques for our chatbot to bargain with the customers on the basis of Time and Price. 

Benefits of the Project

B-Bot will provide a 24/7 bargaining as well as customer service to the customers for the different E-Commerce platforms. In this way, the customer services cost of many E-Commerce platforms may reduce.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable
