Now a days Autonomous Electric Vehicle (EV) technology is a rapidly advancing technology and it is believe that Autonomous EV will ensure a better future with increased safety on the roads, reduced road accidents and enhance mobility for children, the elderly, and the disable.
We are developing a autonomous car that is use to detect the obstacles and automatically deaccelerate it self. Using IR sharp sensor, obstacle can be detect and speed of the car will reduce and then brakes will be applied automatically.
The major objectives of our project is to design automatic braking system in order to avoid vehicle accidents.

•It is a technology for automobiles to sense an imminent collision with another vehicle, person or obstacle without any driver input.
•IR Sharp (Sensor) to detect other vehicles and obstacles and then give input to the Arduino.
•Servo motor will act according to the Arduino signal.
•Motor Driver and external power supply also used for sensor(s) and servo motor for better performance.
