Project Area of Specialization Electrical/Electronic EngineeringProject SummaryIn industries there is a bulk of data in real time that can be wrong because of the human error and also by manipulation and the employer is unaware that can cause a huge loss in production. We will take data from PLC and transfer it to cloud using microprocessor(Raspberry pi) so the data will be store in Cloud without any human error, and the employer easily access the data using their Laptop / Smartphone. In case of industry system crash the data is also available on cloud as backup and also can access monthly or yearly production of plant. The main motivation for this project is to make IOT & PLC base system for RO plants for monitoring their machines from smart phone and getting their result from output sensors to store at IOT database. Which further tell us about the output yield/quantity through graph on daily basis. We will take data from PLC and transfer it to cloud using IO module so the data will be directly store in Cloud
Project ObjectivesIn RO Plants their data of water flow is shown on HMI screen in real time and the employee can note's the data manually and then that data is futhers tranfered to higher authorities. e.g 8000 Gallons per day. The main objective of our project is is to control RO Plant with microprocessor(Raspberry pi) that can give us the Real time data & also store the data on Cloud and that the higher authorities/management can access and monitor the data anytime and anywhere using their Smartpones/Laptop
Project Implementation MethodWe have three types of filters chamber from which the raw water passes one by one to maintain the pH level (7).After maintaining pH level the water will stored in Tank through the solonoid valve and if the pH level is not 7 then solonoid valve will remain close,then the stored filtered water will pass through the flow meter and this will give the data of how much water is filtered.And all this data will be shown on screen using PLC then we fetch that data from PLC to node-red through microprocessor (Raspberry Pi) after this will be implement IOT system in Raspberry Pi by this we will able to store and monitor data on Cloud(IBM Watson).

The benefits are our project are:
The plant will be fully automate using PLC.
It help employer from conspiracy of staff/operator those are working on Plant .
Employer can access data from anywhere and anytime.
It stores data in real time and as well as data can stored.
It further tell us about the output yield/quantity through graph on daily basis, weekly and monthly also.
It also maintain the pH level of water
Technical Details of Final DeliverableFinal deliverable of our project “We will be able to measure the pH Level of the water and will able to track the flow of the water ,last and the important One is that there is a bulk of data in real time that can be wrong because of the human error and also by manipulation and the employer is unaware that can cause a huge loss in production.
