Today, we can find any kind of data on the internet, when we need it for further processing, this becomes a challenge to extract the data, if we try to copy/paste, it becomes a headache job and take hours to get relevant data, and there are maximum chances of falsifying the data. For example, when a user is copying the data, he may accidentally put the data to the wrong place. The number of e-commerce websites increasing nowadays and many brokers are using these services to provide products to customers. If the broker needs a website having products on his website become a big challenge to get products detail from the target website.
For example, in Pakistan Amazon does not directly ship and a broker is providing this product using some other sources. He needs the detail of all products from Amazon for his record or to make his website then how he will collect all the data, if somehow, he has collected the data, then how he will maintain the availability or price of the product on his website. It is very difficult to update the product description or rates or availability manually. He needs some automated ways to collect and update this information automatically, this is a big challenge to deal with such kind of problem.
The biggest challenge is to get useful data from unstructured data and to combine relevant data from different domains to one place and to apply some operations on the data. Many companies are developing new methods and algorithms to make this job easier using business intelligence techniques.
