Project Implementation Method
we will be designing a circular disk which will take raw bangle and then move to second cycle where bangle will be flattened and welded and in next step the finished welded and flattened bangle will come out.
Benefits of the Project
at present one bag of bangle containing 350 bangles labour gets 20 rs for flattening and more 20rs for welding but welding and flattening this much bangles consume lots of time and effort so we are designing a machine which will do this word automatically saving lots of time and effort of a person.
Technical Details of Final Deliverable
It will be completed before july and will be implemented from august in glass industry.
