Project Summary

The purpose of this application is to check objective and subjective Questions and allocate marks. The instructor is required to enter the original answer into the system and the closest solution to the original answer would be entertained. This also help for the teacher for not taking any stress of work to check by hand all the Quiz. It is very time gaining process and the teacher also get tired by checking of 100 of students Quizzes, hence the system reduces their workload by automating the manual checking process accurately. The system would assign marks in terms of overall Quiz carried out of the particular course/Subject. The System would be able to present the top three position holders of the particular course/Subject.

Project Objectives

The following system automated the checking of examination papers, reduces workload of manual checking process, produces unbiased results hence excludes human efforts, saves time and resources.

We are pleased to present Online Subjective Answer Checker that will ease out the process of checking of answer papers with accuracy. The system will let students give exam online; calculate the results automatically as well as produce a record for the Teacher. The paper will focus on correcting on the basis of certain keywords that every answer will contain and give marks to the Students according to the presence of the keywords in the answers. This system will help reduce all human errors thereby making the system more efficient.

Project Implementation Method

Checking a large number of examination papers is a tiring process. When a teacher starts the checking manually his/her concentration over a paper is high that results in sound accuracy. As he/she goes down the paper bundle, their energies start to decrease results in less accuracy. Most of the teachers are handling at least more than one Subject and their Quizzes therefor producing result within a limited span of time is somewhat a difficult job. Secondly the favoritism factor with a particular student means doing breach of equality. Hence the system would be that much efficient to cover all these problems.
