Automated Exams System consists of different modules such as date sheet generation, sitting arrangement and shuffling of students and invigilators in exams, QR code scan attendance card. This section gives the purpose, project scope and overview of this project “Automated Exams Conducting System”.
Project Objectives
The basic objective of this system is to reduce the paperwork and to eliminate manual processes to save significant staff time and reduce human error. Admin can access and perform all these manual tasks simply through single system. Also, Admin can perform his work from anywhere.
This project will provide a system for University admin. Its objectives are:
- Automatic generation of Date sheet
- Automatic room and seat allocation for students
- Automatic room allocation for faculty
- Automatic attendance by QR code.

Project is software based. we develop this project as web based project .It is designed in such a way that user can easily interact with the screen. The admin, faculty and students are the main users of the project.
