Problems:

Traditional method of generating question paper has been manual and Setting question paper is one of the challenges for the teachers, many times paper gets leaked ,repeat past paper ,biased or got rejected by higher authorities. And also has security concern and time consuming as well.

Solution:

By automating the process of exam paper creation and then submitting will consume lesser time. The system will keep record of previously paper. Best paper will get selected by the head of the department. The leaking chance of the exam paper will also get minimum. Teacher upload questions by two methods in system ( File Based Uploading And Typing )

Scope:

Converting the whole paper setting in to responsive web based application including:

I. Auto generates the exam paper.

II. Getting the paper checked by the head of the faculty by email.

III. Particular HOD can see their own department paper.

IV. Get more encrypted and secure exam papers generated by the system.

V. Every 3 Months Changing Password Notification has been sent to every Faculty.

VI. Exam topic sent to Every Faculty Head of Department in Encrypted form through Email.

VII. Paper must be generated in PLO,CLO and Cognitive base.

VIII. Teacher and Head of Department communicate through Chatting.

IX. HOD views every Student’s Performance.

X. Teacher and HOD view Past Paper and Current Paper and Solution after the exam.

XI. This Application access in Mobile. Android /IOS Platform.

I. To develop a responsive web based application for facilitate the teachers and HODs of any educational Institute.

II. Exam paper automation system aims to create Exam papers with more security and lesser time consumption.

III. To send final paper to  Examination department in much secure way with PLOs and CLOs based.

Project Implementation Method

Methodology

Project Approach The approach used will be the Evaluation prototype Development methodology. Steps in Evaluation  prototype Development methodology are Planning, Requirement, Design, develop, testing, Release and

Track and monitor. Evolutionary Prototype

This methodology, have 2 phase 

1- iterative 

2- incremental

It can be done after the planning phase, iterative it can move with design, coding, testing phase until and unless major requirements meet once customers satisfaction is complete 

Then the project is complete it can be done on customer satisfaction.
