Resource management is very important in the modern word. Resource management is the process of scheduling, planning and allocating resources. The aim of resource management is to maximize resource efficiency. Resources can be time, human or money. But time is very important resource in any organization. In Pakistan most of the organizations like educational institutions and others gives application forms in hard form to their applicants and they fill and submit the forms. Employees of that organizations enter information from their application forms to database. They are wasting so much time entering data from forms to database. There is no any system to automate this time wasting work in Pakistan.
Some systems exist witch only extract data from images but not any system to put data from application form image to online form.
The objective of our project are to developing a system which is highly efficient and saving resources like human resource and time. We are providing an easy and fast data entering system and provide facility to an organizations. We are providing a system which can be easily install and we also provide this system to those organizations in which data are enter from hard form to database. Thus many organizations in Pakistan in which employees manually enter their applicant’s data and our system help them to save their human resources as well as time.
After successfully designing all the previous phases of development that were the first steps in developing a system, now the final approach is to develop the system according to the UML visualization of the intended system. In this section, software develops just coded the system according to the diagrams and the technologies which are used here are mentioned below:
The major aspect of the system design phase is the UML Class Diagram. Class Diagram is a static Diagram which represents the static Behavior of the system. First of all, the whole system is divided in terms of Modules (modularity) and then on the basis of each module the Classes are defined and these classes are highly cohesive as they represent only a single idea. By the help of this class Diagram and its characteristics, the developers easily developed the system exactly in accordance with the characteristics of class Diagram. Class Diagram also helps a lot in the Maintenance and later Evolution of System after Deployment. Due to all these aspects, we can say that a class diagram is not only used for visualizing, describing, and documenting all aspects of system design but also for construction executable code for the software application.

Before developing of the system we estimate the cost for the development of the system which is estimation of the development cost. We done cost estimation analysis on our system we divide the system into small module and estimate cost for each module to minimise the cost risk. Cost may be for Hardware and implementation of the system.
