Mixed Reality app for Peshawar museum (MRPM) will be an MR mobile system which will guide and will  make the meseum informative and interactive approach. Mixed Reality is getting more important everyday, encouraged by the smart phones and tablets revolutions. These devices will define a new way of seeing, thinking and understanding the reality.

This integration culminated in a system that has the potential to allow for greater personalized connections to made between visitors and exhibited meseum displays while not sacrificing the naturalistic surroundings and with minimal cost the mesum. 

Project Objectives

To develop a mixed reality app system for peshawar mesum to make it interactive and informative.

To provide localization suuport to tourist.

Project Implementation Method

1) Creation of Vuforia database having all mesum displays.

2) To improve the quality of images to increase rating.

3) To design a system in unity game engine.

4) To convert it to mobile app system.

3) To make the mesum interactive and informative.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

• By building a set of tools and process from digitsation to visulisation.
• Digital capture of artefacts, 3D modelling and refinement, Database and content management, Visualisation in Mixed Reality environments.
• Interorperability i.e an open Architecture.
• Data exchange between tools and others systems.
• C#, Unity , Vuforia, Android Studio, Web, graphics and metadata standard.
