Project Objectives
use image processing to detect obejects in the surrounding and convert them into labels, these labels with be transferred to a speech engine that will convert the labels into speech whcih guide the visually imapred to get a better overview of thier surrounding
Project Implementation Method
1. react native for front end in which the camera will scan the obejcts .
2. those obejcts will pe processed by our SSDN_mobilenet model which is built in python and assign labels to the objects.
3. those labels will be sent to the front end again where the react-native speech engine libaray is implemented and it will voice-over the objects
Benefits of the Project
1. provide assisstance to the visually impaired community.
2. get a better feedback the surrounding.
3. voice over of the obejcts in front of the persons.
4. find specific items using "find feature".
5. free to use software.
