ASAS(Auto Surveillance and Security) is an important task. It is valuable in numerous applications, such as entrance admission, security, parking control, road traffic control, and speed control. An ASAS (Auto Security And Surveillance) is a system in which the image of the vehicle is captured through high definition cameras. The image is then used to detect vehicles of any type (car, van, bus, truck, and bike, etc.), its’ color (white, black, blue, etc.), and its’ model (Toyota Corolla, Honda Civic etc.). Furthermore, this image is processed using segmentation and OCR techniques to get the vehicle registration number in form of characters. Once the required information is extracted from VLNP, this information is sent to the control center for further processing.Basically this model we will implemented in our university (Lahore Garrison University) Parking Area and also it cover up Whole Security and Manage surveillance of Building, Institute,Office.

Step1: A sensing system will capture images of the moving vehicles
Step2: The computational cost is reduced by applying Segmentation techniques to separate the plate from the whole image
Step3: Each character and number on the plate will be segmented
Step4: A decision system will be trained to decide what it finds on the plate, and report the results
Step5: The trained system will be tested over new data samples
Step6: We finally evaluate the performance of the techniques we use
Due to the time limit of the course and the project, it’s unlikely for us to finish all the above steps on our own. Instead, we will focus on step 4-6 and write our codes to implement the idea. For step 1-3, we will use the one of following substitutes:
1) directly use a data set where every image has gone through the step 1-3.
2)generate the data which has gone through step 1-3.
the data that has gone through and construct our own dataset ,which has the images with only the plate. All we need to do is just collecting the data and make the annotations.
Surveillance is an IOT Product. It cover up Whole Security and Manage surveillance of Building,Institute,Office. It cover up PARKING FACULTY SECURITY VISITING Surveillance.It operate through cameras install on PARKING ENTRY and EXIT. System capture every entered vehicles, record of License Plate number and ENTRY and EXIT time. On this Data System will provide the analytic Such as No of vehicles, Graph, Parking Peak Hours, Revenue, On daily and schedule's basis.
Based on our goal, our main tasks for the project (step 4-7) will consist of the following subtasks:
Task 1: data collection and data pre-processing
Task 2: character and digits segmentation;
Task 3: recognition system design, training, and testing
Task 4: reports writing, including proposal, progressive report, and final report
we will build a mySQL database to match results from our recognition system and also works on slotes techniques.
