As time is being passed, 21st century seems to be opening a new era of technology, and digitizing the world, from a perspective of old techniques of marketing to the need of reaching to clients, Iin the early 21st century, something called chat system was introduced in websites, where a user messages a company, then a representative provides the answer for that. But since that required a greater workforce and it increases cost, Google came up with the solution of Dialogue Flow, a chatbot system which after integrating to your website chat system, automates most of the FAQs asked there... Dialogue Flow maybe the answer to lot of things but its lakes, customizations, since it was based on generic system, so it's not 100% not even close when it comes to Pakistani Industry such as banking sector, education sector and more so ever. Our Solution of this Need is what we’re calling "Guftugo”, will be targeting especially Pakistan, and will be on road for finding the flaws in Google’s Dialogue Flow and rectifying that in our system, It will be an easy to integrate system, where our server will be working like brain and client's app or website’s chat system will be displaying...

Project Objectives

Objective of the project is to:
1- Business Aspect: Reduction in Human power and reducing number of employees

2- Customer Experience: Enhacing the experience of the customers

End Product will be based of server, which will be providing api's, which will be integrated into the client;s site and will handle all the conversation between the bot and the visitor(Customer).
