The proposed solution is an online tenant solution system that will automate the whole procedures of dealings between the tenant and its landlord. Currently, there is no solution in the market that would cater to this challenge. Keeping in view, the growing number of tenants and landlord disputes in the society, it is a dire need of the society to have a system in place which will solve this problem. All of the dealings between the landlord and the tenant will be recorded properly in the database. The Whole process from agreement, utility bills,  advance payment, monthly rent payment to tenant reviews will be handled in the proposed application. This solution will not only automate the whole process of taking a house on rent but also reduce the cases that occur between them significantly.

Project Objectives

The objective of the proposed project is to provide a complete online tenant solution that will automate the whole process of dealings between the tenant and landlord. The motivation we have to start this project is that this idea is unique. there is no implementation of this idea in the Pakistani market according to  OTS Group searching and findings. We want to implement this product and launch it in the market as the idea is unique.

Project Implementation Method

The scope of the proposed project is to automate the tenant-landlord business. The tenant can view the current bill and all the previous bills and agreements with the landlord. They can view the flat conditions and accounts details of the tenant to which they make payments. They can view the history of all of the previous dealings between the tenants and landlords. The landlord can upload bills, see previous bills, upload flat conditions, accept requests of a new tenant. The landlord and tenant can view the allotted flat and empty flat. These features are the scope of our proposed project.

Benefits of the Project

The expected result will be a complete online tenant solution system that will help in reducing conflicts between the tenant and its landlord.It will revolutionize the tenant-landlord business sector.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable

We will be using the latest art of the technologies like react-native for cross-platform mobile app development and firebase as a backend database. The language we will use is javascript. The proposed project will be innovation in the tanant-landlord business sector.
