Project Area of Specialization Internet of ThingsProject SummaryIn our daily life we see that there occur different faults in the industries and the industries are badly affected by these faults. It is because we don’t know about the occurrence of the faults at the beginning and there is no such advanced features in the present system that recognize the faults that occur at the very first time and inform us at that time to control and solve it.
Thus we need to Design such a project that can Monitors and Control fault if occur in Industry from anywhere at anytime.
This System can detect and control Leakage of Gas, Variation in Temparature, Fire Occuring And Voltage Variation ( Missing Phase, Under-Voltage And Over-Voltage ), This system have Communication with An Android Phone having An Application, from where we can Monitors And Control the above mention faults.
Project Objectives- To develop a system through which we can monitors and control fault ( Gas Leakage, Fire Occuring, Temparature Variation And Voltage Variation (Missing Phase, Under-Voltage and Over-Voltage)) occur in industry from anywhere through android phone.
Arduino Uno is used here which is the main part of our project. When fault occur Arduino Uno will extract data from the sensors (temperature, fire, gas and voltage) and Compare it with the Pre-programmed Values If Mis-match occur, then it send all these details through Node MCU using wireless technology (internet) to the android Phone possessing the Application. When alert notification is received in the Android Phone Application we can fetch fault type. when fault is recognize we will take Controlling action aganist it from the Android Phone, which send notification to the Arduino Uno to Activate the Controlling Device against the Respective Fault.

A system which can Monitors And Control if fault occur in the Industry.
The components use in this project as Arduino Uno, Node MCU, 4G Device, MQ-4 Methane Sensor, DS18B20 Digital temparature Sensor, Flame Sensor, Potential Trasformer, Cooling Fan, Electric Valve, Extingsher and Relays.
When any Fault occur, the sensor will sense it and Arduino Uno will extract data from the sensor and compare it with the Threeshold Valve, If mis-match occur, then it will send notification through Node MCU and Internet to the Android Phone where Fault will be recognize and we can take controlling action aganist it.when controlling action is once taken, back notification will be received by the Arduino Uno through Node MCU and Internet, Arduino Uno will Further process it and send an electric Signal to the respective controlling device ( Cooling Fan, Extingsher, Electric Valve and Relays).
