Researchers are also trying to predict what will be the most emerging technologies, and what will be the potential impact of these technologies around the globe. Since 2004 Horizon report published each year with three horizons as short term (year of the report), mid-term (following two to three years) and long term (the following four to five years) technologies that attempt to forecast the most promising emerging technologies. New technologies have a prodigious impact on each discipline of our society from Commerce, Medicine to Health and Entertainment especially in the field of teaching as many technologies have a great influence on the way in which we learn and teach.
This project will apply social evaluation, primarily based on Google Trends, and bibliometric analysis, with information from Google Scholar and Web of Science and some of the freely accessed academics databases with a purpose to discover which technologies had been a winner and sincerely impacted mainstream training, and which ones failed to have the anticipated impact and why. innovative smart technologies (i.e., Android, iPhone) increase pupils collaboration and change notice not only the students who know the use of the technology but also develop the interest and helped the non-technical users to use these up to date technologies in cooperation inside and outside events through submissions of Mobile computing, E-learning, M-learning, and smart textile. It empowers association among pupils, knowledge formation, material searching, and upgraded collaboration to set up a good relation among the instructors and learners. Moreover, this gives the smooths contact to knowledge any-time and anywhere in the world through permitting connectivity and the engagement of numerous applications for different resolutions.

The methodological approach adopted in this work has a dual angle. On the one hand, social interest has been studied the use of the Relative Search Volume (RSV) furnished by using Google Trends (GT). This measure informs about the proportion of searches for a speci?c time period relative to all the searches made in Google over a speci?c time. Google trends help the user to see how often a specific keyword or phrase has been searched over a specific period.
On the opposite hand, in relation to the scienti?c impact, bibliometric studies were widely used to analyze traits and to pick out emerging scienti?c areas. Check the impact of each IT technology through Google Scholar and Web of Science. On Google Scholar we will inspect the multidisciplinary academic databases such as Springer, IEEE, Elsevier and Hindawi and on WoS. We will examine the selective databases such as SCI, SSCI, A&HCI through bibliometric analysis to check the number of articles published against each technology.
