The surfacing of social media sites has allowed and encouraged the wide dissemeination of knowledgeand opinions on issues related to merchandizes,guidelines, fcailities, and dilemmas. The sharing of information on social networks has led to the development of high -tech appliances to facilitate good-decision by firms and individuals.

 In this study, we,ve presented a brief study on linguistic processing, which is oneof the pominent field of Computer Science involving the understanding and generation of human natural language to contribute in multilple real life applications; sentiment analysis, and many more .Few essential tasks  are always required in processinfg human languages such as word word identification(Tokeninzation) , Gramatic labels(POS), Normalization(Punctuation,Stop Words, Stemming), Syntactic structure and semantic information.

• It is easy to use.
• Part-Of-Speech Tagging is only a firest necessary step in understanding what a text is about.
• By Tagging the various parts of a textual piece of content , you can very easily spot its noun phrases, verbal phrases, and therefore deduct the main objects, subjects as well as actions.
• Tagging isn't very useful as is for business purposes,but its from a tagged text that you can work your way up or down a more actionable business purpose.
  • In this system, user not only annotates formal language but also informa language and resource poor language.
