• Share records with user’s concerned doctors.

Project Implementation MethodThe app will have three different modules.
• Patients Module
• Doctors Module
• Medicines Module
PATIENT’S MODULE
Smart Product :
Patients will be able to upload their past medical reports through OCR scanner, and download new reports from the labs concerned databases by providing their credentials, provided by the lab.
Artificial Intelligence
On the basis of the medical history and new conditions, there will be trends and predictions for the patient’s health making it easier for doctors to understand patient’s health.
General Prescriptions
The app will be able to propose general prescriptions, dosage and time duration for its effectiveness based on the symptoms entered by the patient
Secure Database
Patients records will be secured and will not be shared until and unless patient himself wants to share it with someone.
Sharing with Doctors
If the patients wants to share the records with concerned doctor, the patient will generate a request with the credentials or passkey (as in Bluetooth paring a key is shared).
Emergency first aid guide
The app will have emergency medical procedures instructions or tutorial videos.
DOCTOR’S MODULE
View Patients History
Doctor will be able to view patients history through authentication provided by the user.
Availability
The app will have the information of the registered doctor’s sittings, timings and their specialties.
Emergency
Doctor In case of emergency the patient can generate distress alert and the nearest doctor in the vicinity will received the pushed notification, if the doctor has marked himself available.
MEDICINES MODULE
Chemical name composition The app will have both brand name of the tablet and medical/chemical name of the tablet in order to suggest other brand tablets with same composition.
Warnings and Indications The app will have all medical drugs listed with their indications, side effects, warning, high risk group mentioned.
Categories The user can search for the medicines based on their categories. Like, Skin care, First aid etc.
- No need of visiting a dietician for diet plans and the user will have just to download the app. It will save time and money.
- The system will calculate how much should be the nutrients intake of the user per day according to the weight and height of the user.
- The user can make his/her own diet plan.
- The application improves its diet plans by monitoring the patient with the help of machine learning keeping in view the history records of user and their activities. This will help in developing best diet plans for a particular patient.
- This app will be very knowledgeable for the user as the user will continuously be getting the information about the healthy foods.
- The system itself checks the efficiency of the diet plans so the user will not have to worry about the effective working of the plan.
- The system will generate weekly and monthly reports which will help user tracking his progress.
- This app will be available 24/7 anytime anywhere with the connection of internet.
