AIRLINE CUSTOMER BEHAVIOUR ANALYSIS FOR CUSTOMIZABLE PACKAGES
Since PIA is suffering from monetary loss due to its excessive rates, our goal is to broaden an application which would help in reducing financial loss in PIA. These days, it is far very much vital to increase new ways to conquer monetary loss in Pakistan Airline System. In this contemporary era, the quantity of vacationers through plane is growing which has increased business profitability and efficiency. So mostly people opt for those airways which are cheap in cost. A major assignment going on in today’s international era is to sell commercial enterprise through overcoming financial losses in an organization. Providing user- friendly applications to our clients which would directly sell commercial enterprise and decrease financial loss of the organization.
Our objective is to develop an application which would help in overcoming financial loss in PIA by providing packages to our travellers based on their interest, to support frequent travelling through PIA airline.
The methodology which we would adopt is first to collect data, then we would do data analysis. Then we will be applying some algorithm to detect patterns of frequent users about their interest. Afterwards, we will apply some algorithm to offer similar packages based on customers’ interest.
The customers who will get benefit from our project are:
1. PIA as their financial loss is overcome.
2. Travellers as they enjoy packages of their interest.
Front-End:
We will develop our user interface by using FLASK.
Back-End:
On the backend, We will be using Data Analytics and an Unsupervised Machine Learning algorithms to segment our customers.
