Project Area of Specialization Biomedical EngineeringProject SummaryAs proven by research that covid particles are transmitted by coughing or sneezing, we want to design a detector that will be able to detect the existence of covid particles transmitted by the covid infected person by monitoring the enivironmental changes that occured by the cough/sneeze of the patient/infected person. Ideally, researches prove that covid particles are transmitted as far as a distance of 6ft from the infected person so our device can monitor the envirinmental changes within a distance a 6th radius from the victim. So our device will monitor that changes in air.
Project Objectives- Provide real time monitoring of air quality.
- To combine advanced detection technologies to produce an air quality sensing system with advanced capabilities to provide low cost comprehensive monitoring.
- Detection of Covid particles through respiratory droplets(sneezing,coughing).
- An alarm (Buzzer/LED) will be used as an indicator for positive detection
- Web page and Lcd to display the data.
