Project Summary
The developed application has interactive interface design with awesome color scheme that has no effect on user’s eyes, efficient in use and less time consuming. The chatbot responds in less time. It will be a wonderful and learning experience for us while working on this project. Due to this project we experienced that how a professional software is designed, developed and tested one after another after requirements gathering and analyzing. The chatbot will help us to reduce our time complexity and will be a milestone towards the self-responding systems. The project has its future work which will be developed and designed after completion of this module.
Project Objectives
The purpose here is to develop a Chatbot that facilitates and serves people at the same time by providing answers to their required queries. The system replies using an effective Graphical User Interface, similar to a real person talking to the user. The majority of the available chatbot systems are in English, but, in Pakistan among fifty-seven spoken languages, only five percent of people can understand and speak English. Due to the obvious reason of language barrier the people who are not fluent in the English language can’t use these systems. Due to this reason, the chatbot is developed to enable communication in the Urdu language as well. The two main contributions of this project are:
1. To develop a chatbot system that enables communication in Urdu language.
2. To compare all interfaces by testing them with real users and find the best interface among them.
Project Implementation Method
We prepared the data then we applied data pre-processing. After that, we applied vectorization. We applied many deep learning models and selected the most suitable model for the project. We made a file of the model uploaded it to the server and connected it to the mobile app.

Technical Details of Final Deliverable
This project is a research-based project so the main goal is to build a chatbot that can talk in Urdu. because there is no chatbot in Pakistan that can chat in Urdu using AI.
